While research is essential, experience is where the rubber meets the road. We work with clients to create visually- and functionally-rich interactive prototypes and proof-of-concept demos that demonstrate how their ideas could be realized in practice. These concepts quickly make abstract ideas concrete in ways that tease out data requirements and functional complexities for internal teams, and also provide examples that tangibly capture and communicate key ideas for internal stakeholders, potential investors, and target audiences through user workflow analysis, screen wireframes and functional prototypes.

We also make it a point to deeply understand the intricacies of web and emerging technologies, browser and system usage patterns, accessibility and usability guidelines, and standards-compliance trends. We can provide clients the information they need to make educated choices up front about how to balance accessibility, richness of experience, and cost. Then we distill these various perspectives into a solution that meets both user and business needs, in the right mix of media — whether website, mobile site, kiosk, software application, printed brochure or information graphic.
